2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must include accurate information.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify.

  • Prices may include taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates. Delays from carriers are not Kokyu’s responsibility.

  • Return addresses are provided only after a return request is approved to protect privacy.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • 15-day cooling-off period applies.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags, and photo proof.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method after return approval.

5. Liability

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Kokyu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, text, logos) belongs to Kokyu or licensors.

  • Copying or using content without permission is prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Do not use Services for illegal purposes.

  • Keep account credentials safe.

  • Do not submit false information.

8. Privacy & Cookies

  • Kokyu collects and uses personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Cookies and tools like Facebook Pixel may be used for analytics and marketing.
