1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders may be delayed during peak periods; customers will be notified if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping options are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; Kokyu is not liable for carrier delays.

  • All shipments are trackable where possible.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International Shipping

  • Kokyu ships primarily within the EU, but may ship internationally where allowed.

  • International customers are responsible for customs clearance and local taxes.

5. Address & Privacy Protection

  • The return address will only be shared after a return request is approved.

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Kokyu is not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages lost due to customer errors.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Inspect shipments upon arrival.

  • Contact kokyukeycovers@outlook.com immediately if your order is damaged or lost.

  • Photo evidence of damage may be required for claims.

7. Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be changed once placed.

  • If changes are required, cancel and place a new order.
