Refund policy

1. Legal Return Period

In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.
This right applies only to unused, undamaged, and complete items returned in their original condition.

Returns requested after this 15-day period cannot be accepted, except where required by law.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included and intact.

  • The item must show no signs of wear or damage.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • You must provide photo proof before your return is approved:

    • Clear photos of the item’s condition (front, back, tags).

    • A photo of the original packaging.

    • A photo of the shipping label.

Returns that do not meet these requirements or lack photo proof may be refused.
Items that are damaged, used, or incomplete will not be refunded.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 15 days of delivery at:

Include:

  1. Your order number and full name.

  2. A short message explaining your return request.

  3. The photo proof required above.

If your return is approved, we will send:

  • A return authorization confirmation, and

  • The return address and instructions.

*The return address is provided only after approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where legally required.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at kokyukeycovers@outlook.com with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect, and

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund after we receive the damaged product and approved the claims.


6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process and place a new order once your refund is approved.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We may deduct costs for any damage, missing packaging, or loss of value if the product is not returned in perfect condition.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded (except if defective under law):

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Used products

  • Gift cards or digital goods


9. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Returns lost or damaged during shipping

  • Delays caused by carriers

Please follow the provided return instructions carefully and keep proof of postage.
